 Unlike it's Indonesian neighbours. Timor has only a touch of the woodsy forest flavor and more sweet herbal notes. A clean cup with delicate brightness. A certain crowd pleasing, balanced coffee.

Some of our coffees come from the auction process. This is the fairest trade coffee available where the farmers present their best beans to get the best price.
