PERU NORTE   BALANCED ACIDITY

 From the  family coffee farms of the northern region comes carefully grown and harvested coffees by small family groups and collected into Co-ops. They blend the beans to produce a consistent, smooth quintessential South American taste. Marvelous balance

 This classic growing region produces beans high in natural sugars allowing dark roastings without bitterness. Smooth mellow body with light caramel sweetness.

 A novelty coffee due to it's unique bean which is often sorted out and sold at a premium. This is a bean that grows whole instead of two half's like all other beans. It's a bright clean bold flavor with typical African spiciness and a long finish. A special coffee experience.

PAPAU NEW GUINEA   OUTSTANDING

 An intriguing taste full of depth and character. Medium roast, full body with loads of notes and subtleties.  Although grown in Indonesia, this coffee holds cup characteristics more similar to the premium Central America.

 A french roasted, full bodied Indonesian.  Big, deep earthy notes with a full bodied taste and a lingering finish.

All our coffees are from single origin Estates or Co-ops. No blending! This means they will represent the distinct characteristics of their native soils. Some of our coffees come from the auction process. This is the fairest trade coffee available where the farmers present their best beans to get the best price.
